By accessing or using the YBF platform ("Service"), operated by YBF ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
YBF provides a platform for deploying and managing AI agents on dedicated cloud infrastructure. Our Service includes AI agent deployment, cloud hosting, messaging integrations (such as Telegram), and related tools and features.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payments and Billing
Certain features of the Service require payment. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Changes to pricing will be communicated to existing subscribers with reasonable notice before taking effect.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Transmit harmful, abusive, or objectionable content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use the AI agents for spam, harassment, or malicious purposes
- Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
6. AI Agent Usage
AI agents deployed through our platform use third-party AI models (including Claude and GPT). You are responsible for the content generated by your AI agents and how they interact with end users. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by YBF and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any content, code, or materials you may access through the Service.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Each AI agent runs on isolated cloud infrastructure. We do not access your conversations or personal data unless required for support or legal compliance.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YBF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
